At the heart of every meal is the belief that food has the power to shape the way we live. One World Deli proved to be the perfect place to showcase just that.

Last September 29, 2026 was definitely a night to remember. The second gathering of the Delish Table series brought invited guests along for an immersive, unforgettable hands-on dining experience curated by Chef Nadine Howell.

But beyond sharing an incredible meal with new and familiar faces, attendees got a first look at One World Deli’s major brand repositioning from a specialty grocery to a lifestyle partner.

A New Direction

One World Deli has been undergoing a major evolution for some time now. In their effort to anchor themselves to something that is not only deeply meaningful to them but also to their customers, both old and new, they arrived at a simple truth: “what is more meaningful than [one’s] health?”

From placing in-house nutritionists across all of their stores and meticulously tracing exactly where every product comes from and what goes into it, their approach avoids being preachy, which is a trap that many often fall into. Instead, One World Deli is positioning itself as a place where health and wellness doesn’t have to be this impossible monolith, transforming it into an accessible and fun adventure towards a better lifestyle.

Choose Your Own Adv-entrée

To start the night, guests were encouraged to build their own charcuterie plate from a spread of artisanal cheeses, fresh fruit and vegetable add-ons, and as many slices of jamón as they desired. A crisp salad topped with smoked salmon and a creamy Green Goddess dressing was served alongside it.

For the main course, the Steak and Seafood Paluto Cart took center stage, quite literally. Diners were presented with an array of fresh seafood and steak options, including wild-caught ulang and Double R Ranch U.S. Beef, that were cooked to order. They were paired with buttered French beans, grilled vegetables, and truffle mushroom tartufo on the side.

If the guests didn’t already feel like they were spoiled for choice, the evening concluded with a scoop of the Gelato Manila station of their choice and a chance to check out their extensive catalog through a generous shopping spree.

The setup for Delish Table that night mirrored what dining at One World Deli is actually like: you are in charge of your own delicious destiny. What guests ate was entirely designed to be customizable to their liking. How one table ordered their food wasn’t the same as the other tables, encouraging personal discovery and culinary experimentation. Ultimately, your overall experience at One World Deli is really up to you. You can be very involved and hands-on or you can ask the people working there for recommendations based on what you’re looking for.

A sentiment Delish Table was more than happy to serve.
